Musculoskeletal Innovation & Quality Collaborative Student Research Program
The MMIQC Student Research Program is designed to foster early engagement in musculoskeletal research by connecting students with experienced faculty mentors. This initiative supports aspiring healthcare professionals in developing research skills, exploring clinical questions, and contributing to meaningful projects that advance orthopedic care in Maine.
Skill Development
Develop crucial research skills under the guidance of experienced faculty mentors. Gain hands-on experience in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and presenting findings, all while collaborating with experts in your field.
Collaborative Environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, medical assistants (MAs), and data analysts to drive impactful research.
